Nic Home Improvement, LLC

Nic Home Improvement turns up on Cape Cod the old-fashioned way — in a July 2026 r/CapeCod thread, where a commenter recommended the Centerville company by name and called it professional, punctual and reasonable on price. One thing to square away before work starts: the state registry shows the company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #211262, as expired. Ask whether it has been renewed, and get the scope, the price and proof of insurance in writing before any deposit changes hands. A reasonable call for a straightforward Cape Cod improvement job passed along by a neighbor — once that registration question has a clear answer.
