No Risk Painting's whole pitch is built into its name: the company says it won't collect for labor until the job is finished and the customer is satisfied, backed by what it calls the longest written warranty in New England. According to its BBB profile, it's been in business 20 years, and reviewers across that entire span keep naming the same person — Jamie — rather than crediting an anonymous crew. The last few months hold up that reputation. A homeowner in mid-June described a crew that power-washed and sanded the whole exterior before painting, then cleaned up after every session and finished on schedule. Another, in early June, needed two coats instead of the single coat quoted on a coupon — the price rose to match, which they called reasonable — and singled out a painter named Jorge for catching touch-up spots before being asked. A May review describes a full exterior repaint that left the house "transformed," calling the whole process "stress-free." None of the three most recent reviews raised any complaint. The longer record backs that up rather than contradicting it: 62 Google ratings average 4.5 stars, and a separate set of 10 Angi reviews averages 4.8. The company is also BBB-accredited with an A+ rating, and its Massachusetts home-improvement-contractor license (175414) is verified active. It isn't spotless. Angi's own review history flags a 2011 complaint about a subcontractor delay and quality issue, and a 2016 review noting paint chips that weren't fully scraped before repainting — both worth asking about directly, especially who's actually on the crew and what prep work is included in the estimate. For an exterior repaint, or the deck-staining and carpentry work — shingle replacement, rot repair — the crew has also taken on, No Risk Painting has a long run of largely satisfied, sometimes repeat customers behind it. Get the prep steps and warranty terms spelled out in writing before signing anything.

Very professional. Team prepped the house by power washing and sanding the areas prior to painting. Had a strong work ethic to complete the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after every session. Very happy with the results.

Jamie was a pleasure to meet and discuss painting options. My house warranted 2 coats instead of the 1 indicated on coupon so price was increased hence reasonable price. Received great service. Jorge is excellent professional patient and a perfectionist which is who you want being a front person of your company. After walking around he saw all the little things I too saw to touch up and a few more I didn’t see. Don’t ever lose him!!! Love the end result!! Thank you no risk…Blue house=before Green=after

No Risk gave us a competitive quote and started work within two weeks. The workers were easy to communicate with and checked in with us on a daily basis. The quality of the paint job was excellent. The job was for an old barn and the terrain made it a challenge that they handled without difficulty. We are going to need painting on our house soon and will definitely call on them again!
