He arrived on time, asked whether he should take his shoes off, and had three window air conditioners out in ten minutes — then made sure every screen and window was shut behind him. That January 2025 visit is No Worry Home in miniature: technicians who come back on a schedule and work through the list of small things a house needs. The company sells home maintenance as a membership rather than a call-out. Recurring preventive visits and handyman repairs are done by its own technicians; the bigger specialty jobs — plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, flooring, tile, power washing — are coordinated through partner tradespeople. Its site puts the service area across Greater Boston, the North Shore, South Shore, Cape Cod and Rhode Island, naming Cape and South Shore towns including Falmouth, Sandwich, Bourne, Barnstable and Plymouth. Two names carry the reviews: Frank appears in twenty of them, Evan in eleven. The work people describe is unglamorous and specific. A January 2025 customer had an uncapped water line found and fixed during hours spent going from basement to attic. A November 2024 customer had a sink drain that had bugged them for months cleared, plus the HVAC system and the fridge vacuumed out. An August 2024 review lists a very hard-to-reach light bulb replaced and a range hood filter cleaned; another that month counts a leaky sink and a dryer vent fixed, with a couple of items left for the homeowner to handle. New-house nerves and child safety bring people in too. Evan childproofed an apartment in January 2026 — baby gates, anchors, cabinet locks — at a cost that customer called very reasonable, and in October 2025 he walked another family through their house to talk over what childproofing they wanted before doing the work. A January 2025 Angi customer got a same-day visit to repair a dryer vent and piping inside a wall; a June 2025 one had a roof fixed at a price they called reasonable. Two things to clarify before signing up. The specialty work is coordinated, not performed in-house, so ask who will actually do a plumbing or electrical job and how it is billed. And since the visits are what you are buying, ask how often they reach your town and what one covers — a June 2024 customer's first inspection was more thorough than expected, turned up problems they had not known about, and ended in referrals to other tradespeople. For a household that keeps postponing the small stuff, or anyone newly in a bigger house who does not yet know what it needs, this fits. Confirm what the membership includes, what goes out to a partner trade, and when the next scheduled visit lands.
