North Shore Heating and Cooling is a Gloucester-area HVAC company run by David, who reviewers describe personally installing systems and mini-splits. In a 2023 review, a new-construction homeowner says Dave advised them on which HVAC system fit their home and did the install neatly and on schedule; another 2023 review describes a mini-split job as responsive, transparent, and meticulous from start to finish. A more recent review describes the company diagnosing a problem within minutes after two other companies had already tried and failed, with a bill that came in under what the customer expected. The written record is thin — three reviews spanning 2023 to 2026 — so there isn't much beyond consistently positive accounts of installs and one difficult diagnosis. Worth confirming current availability and pricing directly given how little recent feedback exists.

Top notch, excellent service. I had someone out twice beforehand who couldn't figure it out. Northshore came out, diagnosed in minutes, super friendly service, very knowledgeable, patient as I asked 1000 questions and the bill was less than I expected. Was on time, appointment was quick based on a super busy AC season. I can't say enough good about these guys. True professionals.
So so happy with the work that David and his crew have done installing our mini splits! From the start, this company has been responsive, transparent and prompt. Everything was completed within the time frame as expected and the job was done meticulously! Highly recommend North Shore Heating & Cooling for your HVAC needs.
Dave installed a new HVAC system for us. He did an excellent job advising us as to which system worked best for our new construction home. He was professional, knowledgable and dependable - neat with his work, efficient and timely. We recommend him to anyone looking to put a new system in their home. We are very happy with the results. Thanks Dave!
