I’ve been using Northeast Oil for about 10 years now and have always had such a great experience with them! I started using them when I lived in Lynn, and when I moved to Peabody there was no question I was sticking with them. They’ve always been reliable, friendly, and there whenever I’ve needed them. It’s nice having a local company you can count on and that really takes care of their customers. After 10 years, I definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend Northeast Oil!
7/30/2026 at 2:50 pm turck # 1381 took proctor st salem ma signs both ends says no truck, he didn't have a delivery , then up on highland ave by market st tried to come in my lane, thought being a fuel truck driver you would think they would obey the rules of the road
No issues, always dependable and polite.
Given other recent reviews that gave me pause - I want to chime in with my own experience that I called to order oil on the morning of 2/12/26 (no issues reaching someone on the phone) and delivery was made today on 2/13/26. The negative reviews persuaded me to call rather than use the online form, so cannot speak to the responsiveness if ordering using the form. In response to some other reviews, their website does note that if you request fill your tank and pay in advance, they charge you for 250 gallons and will credit the charge later based on actual amount of oil provided.
My husband and I have called multiple times for the last week and no one is answering. They charged us a full tank and did not fill it. The receipt even shows they only filled 100 gallons but they charged the card for 250 gallons. I will be reporting to the BBB and will be taking legal action if we do not receive a call soon.
