Faulkner Oil is changing hands. The company's website says Mike Dupuis is retiring and bringing his company, Faulkner Brothers Oil, into the Cubby family, and adds that Cubby Oil & Energy has been a local fixture for 78 years. On its BBB page, Faulkner Brothers, Inc. & Associated Companies describes itself as supplying and delivering fuel and oil and as servicing and installing heating equipment, with a service area of greater Boston reaching north to Andover and west to Brookline. That listing gives 1932 as the year the company was established. The website also lists 24/7 emergency service. A 2022 Google reviewer who had been looking for oil delivery wrote that there was no reason to break into someone's house and then call the owner a creep when confronted, pointing to a YouTube video.
I think the YouTube video explains it all. I don't know why the video popped up in my feed (I was looking for oil delivery for two houses, so maybe that's why?). There was no reason to break into someone's house, and then call the owner a creep when you were confronted. Shameful at best.
