We Highly recommend Nardone Oil. January 29, 2026 We ran out of oil late in the afternoon, and calling Nardone Oil was the best decision we could’ve made. Ellie in the office truly worked her magic and went above and beyond to help us out in our new apartment. She was personable, understanding, and very down-to-earth, and she took the time to give us helpful tips and advice instead of rushing us off the phone. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she’s helping. Dony, the driver, showed up before business hours at 3 a.m. knowing we were completely out of oil. He arrived on time, ready to go, and got right to work. He even took the time to show me how to prime the burner and bleed the system in case air ever gets in, which I really appreciated. Overall, Nardone Oil (First Fuel) is reliable, fast, and truly cares about their customers. Thank you, Ellie, Thank you Dony.

I'm very new at automatic delivery. My husband deals with these things but he's laid up hurt. We started this season with Nardone and they have been soooo amazing! I called up today because I have no idea how much oil we have left and I can't walk down the cellar and now my husband can't and they will come out Friday just to make sure we have enough. Because I have had it blaring so my pipes don't freeze. I was so worried and the lady was so kind to me and didn't talk to me like I was 2. So glad my husband found them when our other oil company would let us run dry then charge us for a restart.

Nardone is fast, kind, and available. They've been responsive every time I've worked with them, they are good at helping with landlord communications, and Ellie in the main office is super helpful! Highly recommend these guys. :-)
