NS Flooring

A homeowner with a botched kitchen and entryway floor brought in NS Flooring to put it right, in an April 2024 review. A small issue surfaced afterwards — and the brothers came back and repaired it within days, which is the part worth noticing. NS Flooring is Nate and Nick, Nathan Steward's Worcester outfit, working in floors, tile, trim and bathrooms for homes and commercial spaces. Google holds 5 stars across 26 ratings and Thumbtack 5.0 across 22. Speed runs through the accounts. A September 2025 customer went from first assessment to quote to finished job in under a week. A May 2024 family had their floors laid in time for a move-in deadline. And in a June 2021 review, someone who had just bought a house that needed updating had them out within a few days of the call. Tile is half the work. A March 2022 customer had the wall behind a bathroom vanity and the surround of a master tub retiled in an intricate, difficult tile, and wrote that Nate answered every call and text and often reached out first with questions. A July 2025 review covers a bathroom floor tiled; a May 2025 one, a kitchen tile floor ripped up and replaced. Two March 2026 reviews describe an old basement bathroom rebuilt into a modern room. On the flooring side: laminate through most of a house in a July 2024 review, LVP in a kitchen in April 2024, and, in a September 2021 account, a tile job that ended with some drywall pieces and plaster added at the customer's request. An October 2023 reviewer who hires them regularly said they work well with the other contractors on a site, adjusting when a schedule needs it. For floors and tile around Worcester — a kitchen re-laid, a bathroom retiled, a basement bath rebuilt — these two are a direct and quick call, and the pricing gets called fair in accounts from 2023 and 2024. Settle what the quote covers before demo starts, and ask for the finish date in writing; the jobs people describe tended to land inside a week.
