Birds were causing me problems, and they went as far as building their nests directly above my entryway, under our solar system. Because of this, the front of my house was perpetually covered in trash and bird droppings. Thankfully, I found these guys and they responded the same day I called them. The technician arrived exactly when they said they would and did an excellent job. They were extremely professional and worked quickly to complete the task. I haven't seen any birds in the area in over a week since it was repaired. If you have a problem with birds, I highly recommend this company.

I called Mark and his team when it finally came time to evict the birds I had been ignoring. My 140 year old house had several bird hotels, and they took care of it! Timely, responsive, fair estimate, clean and quick work, everything cleaned up. Included a warranty should I see any further activity. Any and ALL of my questions were answered and handled. When we spotted a raccoon entering and climbing down into our chimney, and believing it to be stuck there, we tried to contact the city's animal control department. Told this was our problem to solve, we found A All Animal Control listed online. The owner, Mark Prest, answered our 8 pm. phone call and came to the house the next morning. After determining that a raccoon was indeed sleeping in the smoke chamber of our fireplace he explained that the animal was comfortably living there, coming and going up and down the chimney as he pleased. He came back that afternoon with an assistant, climbed up our snow covered roof and used a long pole with a hook to lift what turned out to be the first of three raccoons. Long story shortened: the raccoons were all removed and the chimney was fitted with a secure cap to prevent future problems. We could not have been more satisfied with the service we received from this company.

Mark was fantastic. He responded to my call immediately (although he made it clear that he can't respond to every call within an hour). We had birds in our bathroom vent, and I wasn't sure if I should call a handyman, animal control or a plumber. A quick Google search for "humane pest management" turned up AAAC. Mark explained that he handles it all, safe removal of the birds, a clean up of their debris and installation of a new vent cover to keep them out for good. The situation wasn't an emergency, but when he came he saw that the house sparrow was fat with eggs but hadn't laid them yet. So he came out the next day and dealt with the situation (within 24 hours of my call). Hopefully the mama bird got herself a new nest on time, but my house is bird free and I'm sleeping easier for it.
