Octoflow Plumbing says it helps New Hampshire families with everything from leaking water heaters to old pipes, and its website lists a service area of Concord, Hooksett, Bow, Pembroke, Canterbury, Loudon, Tilton, Northfield, Boscawen and Belmont. Sean noticed the drain pipe slope was too flat, offered a cheaper option to snake the line and a costlier one to correct it, and finished the fix in a few hours, that customer said. A customer at the Belknap Mill Museum in Laconia said Sean completed a water heater replacement in the basement of its 200-plus-year-old building and recommended a few improvements to how it connects to the plumbing. A customer with water pressure issues said Sean replaced the well tank, which solved the problem. A customer said Sean installed a new hot water heater the very next day. A customer said Sean came to the house in about 20 minutes on a Sunday. A customer said a crack in a dishwasher drain pipe was beyond what Sean could repair, since replacing the pipe meant disassembling the dishwasher, and that he did not charge for his time. A customer said that the next spring, when one of the new faucets Sean had installed leaked, he came right out and replaced it free of charge.
