Octopus Home Improvements is a Falmouth, Massachusetts home improvement contractor run by Judson, offering residential design-build work — additions, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, carpentry, and basement finishing — across Cape Cod. All 19 reviews on file, running from early 2024 through July 2026, are five stars, and Judson is named directly in nearly every one. A July 2026 review said a bathroom and closet renovation left them wanting to give "10 stars," citing outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail; a May 2026 review praised a new deck as high-quality work from someone "honest, knowledgeable and easy to work with." Other reviews describe a full kitchen and bathroom remodel completed with responsive communication, new shingles and several smaller projects handled alongside a bathroom remodel, and a shower floor project where Judson personally handled the estimate, kept the site clean, and priced the job fairly. There's no license information available here, so that's worth confirming directly before booking. For a bathroom, kitchen, or smaller carpentry project on the Cape, this is a small, owner-led operation with a consistently strong and fairly recent run of five-star reviews.
If I could give 10 stars, I would! We couldn’t be happier with our bathroom and closet renovation. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are outstanding, and the finished product exceeded every expectation. Judson’s talent and creativity really shine through, and he had great ideas that made the space even better than we imagined. He was incredibly trustworthy, highly communicative, and always kept us informed throughout the project. He treated our home with respect, cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, and made what could have been a stressful renovation feel completely manageable. The best part was that we were able to sit back and relax while he handled everything. We always felt confident that the job was in good hands. We recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for quality work and a contractor they can truly trust.
