Oil Dogs

I would NEVER EVER recommend or use oil dogs even if it were an emergency all because of their customer service. I know my review is a long read but it's a must read!!!! I work customer service and I would never talk to a customer the way I was spoken to and if I did I would expect to be fired on the spot! I honestly felt like I was speaking to a 13 year old with an attitude that had no sense of professionalism. We had an issue with our oil being delivered the day it was supposed to and instead of trying to save a customer they were rude and texted me messages using emojis and saying lol. For example one day my husband and I happened to be home and their company was about to put oil in our tank but we had not ordered any so my husband rushed outside to let them know they were at the wrong house in good faith, but after the customer service I experienced yesterday I told them I almost wish we hadn't, but we aren't that type of people. Our thank you response from them was "That's just being a crappy person! Have a great day!" Then I stated to make sure to cancel our oil delivery for the future because we no longer would like to use a company with this professional and rudeness. Once again we got a very not professional response back stating "Real mature, we will never deliver to you again, don't worry! lol" The customer service representative wanted to keep firing back responses until I asked them to please stop messaging me.

Called on a Monday & got same day delivery! Their customer service is responsive, friendly & efficient! Great price for the oil and very satisfied with their whole business!

Great place to get oil . Their price is always competitive and they get to your fill up quickly. Usually the next day. We are on on 5th fill up from them. We highly recommend.

Wife will tell you to call in the morning (730-800 am) for timeline of delivery. Called 2Xs nobody answered.
