I would recommend Olde Son Home Inspections to anyone purchasing a home, and in my opinion, especially over any other home inspection company. This was my first experience with the home buying process. I contacted 3 different home inspection professionals, all with varying prices. As soon as I spoke to Craig on the phone, it was clear he was much more knowledgeable, experienced, and caring than all the others I had received estimates from. A previous review said it perfectly, "Craig was more than I could have ever expected", and now I feel the exact same way. He took his time during the inspection, was extremely thorough, explained every detail he observed (no matter how big or small), provided recommendations and suggestions, explained emergency repairs and long term repairs, estimated repair costs, and shared his professional opinion. He taught me a great deal about homes in general and tips/tricks that I never expected to learn that I will utilize moving forward. At the end of the inspection, he provided an extremely detailed inspection report with descriptions and photos that were especially helpful to myself, the owner, and my realtor.
