“I ordered 100 gallons from Heatable Friday at $4.99 per”
Always prompt if not early on deliveries. Drivers always personable and helpful. Extremely easy to order and make payments. Highly recommend.
I've been with Heatable for a few years now and have always been happy. I was happy enough to get four friends to switch to Heatable. My neighbor who I also referred to Heatable recently ordered the 50 gallon offer which for some reason I never received the email. I called to see if I could take advantage of the offer and was told no, which was very disappointing. I was hoping as a loyal customer they would make an exception, but I was wrong. So, I started to check with other oil companies. Heatable does not offer a senior citizen discount. New England Oil has the best price on oil, and they do give a senior citizen discount. So today I would pay $5.36 per gallon vs $5.69 with Heatable. I really didn't want to leave Heatable but I felt like I was just another number with them. They could have made an exception or even offered a 75-gallon delivery but instead lost a good customer. At the end of the day, I need oil so if I have to order 100 gallons then I will. It was just simply the principal over the cost
