The idea of finding a contractor to re-side and paint our very old (100 year old) home in Salem was so daunting, that my husband and I procrastinated on doing this work for years…<br><br>When it was finally time (i.e. shingles were falling off the house), we were so happy to have met Patrick early in the bidding process, and we knew almost immediately that we wanted to work with him and his crew. Patrick was extremely thoughtful about our goals of keeping the project affordable but also what was best for the longevity of the house, and he offered solutions that other contractors didn’t bother mentioning. We also felt very confident in his team, given their experience with old, historic homes in the area. When the work began, Patrick checked in often and ensured that everything was done perfectly.
