I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate and had a lovely conversation with Victor, but never heard back. I called back 2x times because I really needed to close my pool for the season and he finally came. Again very friendly and again no response after I followed up 2x's. It would be nice if Victor bothered to respond. Terrible follow-up and I don't understand why he came, but never bothered to follow through.

Stepped in after the other company didn't show. Great service and very dependable.

Did not lower water level properly abd caused tiles to break off. No showed appt to review the damages.

We were with Palacios pool for several years. About 4 years ago we agreed with Victor to re-plaster and re-accent tile the entire pool. The first season after the re-plaster a fair size dark spot or two became very dark on the floor of the pool. By the next season we asked Victor to remedy the areas. He said he would and tried unsuccessfully to fix the seemingly bad plaster spots. By the end of last summer I suggested we drain the pool and remedy it completely. That began (without us knowing until this spring) that Victor without explanation would not talk to us anymore. So here we are after spending $20,0000.00 dollars without a pool service, without any conversation kicked to the curb. We also have had their weekly service for three years after completion of the new plaster and accent tile. You guys make up your own mind. I've just stated facts. He is a nice man that becomes volatile in conversation if you ask for what you've paid for if he thinks he's done enough. We didn't sign up for the company he hired to do the plaster, We didn't sign up for a poor plaster job in some areas. We didn;t sign up to be treated like people that didn't pay their bill. We did sign up for $20,000.00 dollars of professional work that frankly broke down and he won't take responsibility. He's a good talker with a poor sense of loyalty. He reminds me of things that are evident all around us. That's all I have. Life has become taking the bad with the good, instead of the good with the bad.

Professional and so responsive. Whenever I have had a pool issue, they come over almost immediately and resolve it. So happy I chose them to do our servicing !
