He came and took 13,900 dollars and never came back. He must know someone because no one has done anything about it from the police to lawyer to most of all my family. Who does and he is a father shame on you. Don't give him a dime you won't get anything back! I

Absolutely not. Run do not walk away. We have discovered that he still owes money to most of the contractors who worked on our project. He had 85% of our money was about 60% finished. He refused to do anymore work until we gave him more money. He stated that I was making him choose between feeding his children and working on my project!!! We fired him in November 2021. He stated that the job would take 90 days form permit issue....we fired him at the 9 month mark. He is a con man.

He will take your money, throw you some crumbs early on so you think he is going to get the job done, and then he starts whining that he is having cash flow problems because he misbid and will squeeze you for more money and then never finish the job....he needs new work to get out if the messes he previously created - it appears he has no intention of actually completing the job....run do not walk away from this contract He still owes money to most of the subs who did work on our addition. He should not be allowed to continue having a license - he is a con man.
