Paradise Remodeling Inc.

A windstorm peeled metal siding off a house near the roofline. Paradise Remodeling had it back up the next morning. That April 2026 account gets at what this Methuen outfit is for — the piece of the outside of your house that just failed, and the planned project that replaces it properly. Feliciano Gomez is the proprietor, and customers write about him by first name. The company says it started in 2012 in response to homeowners being let down by contractors who abandoned projects or delivered work that failed after one winter, and it stays on the exterior: roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, decks, skylights and painting across Essex County and southern New Hampshire. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active. The site says it is an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor and a CertainTeed authorized installer. Winter is where the calls cluster. In February 2026, a homeowner whose ceiling was leaking after the first big snowfall got a fair quote and had a crew on site within two days to clear the back roof; another that month had the ice dams and snow taken off and the leak into the ceiling stopped. In April 2026, a customer said Feliciano came quickly, removed the ice and stopped the leaking. The project work reads the same way. An April 2026 landlord had a triple-decker re-sided and re-roofed, siding done on a second building to remediate lead risk, and a portico re-roofed on a third. A May 2026 customer called about gutters, got a same-day visit and quotes for two versions of the job, gutters alone or gutters plus a new garage roof. In a 2023 review, a Lowell homeowner had the old siding stripped and new vinyl installed across the whole house, along with a porch, a railing and a small section of foundation repaired. A 2024 reviewer had a new roof put on their mother's old house and noted it was the second time they had hired the company. Going further back, a 2019 reviewer asked for a non-slip ramp on their back deck for a disabled dog, and Feliciano drew up the plan and his team built it into the existing deck. Two things to settle at the quote. Extra repairs can appear once a roof is opened up — an April 2026 garage-roof customer hit exactly that, and said the crew handled it and finished efficiently — so ask how that gets priced before anyone starts; a May 2026 reviewer credited the company with flagging problems as they came up so the final bill held nothing unexpected. Eleven reviewers between 2022 and 2026 call the price fair or reasonable, though one 2023 customer whose leak had defeated another roofer called the repair pricey, and said it was worth it. For storm damage, ice dams, a roof or a full residing job in the Merrimack Valley, this is a fast, deeply reviewed call — get the written quote to spell out what happens if the wood under the shingles turns out to be bad.
