PARR BUILDING & REMODELING LLC

PARR Building & Remodeling is Kyle Parr's West Harwich design-build shop, licensed with an active Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration. The company's site says it takes on custom home building, additions, and interior and exterior remodeling across Cape Cod. The one written review on file, from mid-2025, is a deck job: a wraparound deck built with Azek composite decking and a metal railing. The homeowner, who hired Parr after seeing similar work done for a neighbor, called the craftsmanship impressive and the crew conscientious — cleaning up so thoroughly the yard was left cleaner than they found it — and said they'd hire the company again. With just one review on record, it's worth asking to see photos of a larger remodel or addition before committing to that scope of work.
