Joe assessed our current 30-year-old heating system and installed a new one with consideration to the many quirks of our old Victorian home. He was clear about the limitations and advantages with respect to both our home and the different products he was thorough and a wonderful communicator and left everything in great condition and a heating system that is a piece of art in our basement.

This provider did a good job.

About three weeks before our labor day cookout my downstairs toilet broke. I recently stopped using the plumber i have used in the past. I went into the phone book and picked out Top Services Plumbing. When I initially called they were suppose to come the next morning at 9:30, he never showed up and nobody called to tell me he could not make it. When I called them back that afternoon to find out why no one showed up the guy who answered told me I must have called somebody else because he had nothing in his appointment book scheduled for my address. I had written the number on a piece of paper with no name on it and i could have sworn he was the one i called but he seemed certain it was not me so I trusted him and thought maybe i got confused. While on the phone I Made another appointment with him for four days later ( which was the earliest day he could come out). When that day finally came, again, no one showed up and I got no call from them. I called back again that afternoon, and he gave me the same line that he had nothing in his appointment book, and I must have called someone else. By this point i ws furious. I have a cookout three days later and have been trying to get this one guy to my house for two weeks now and he has stood me up twice and kept me from doing my other errands and enjoying my only day off. After I complained on the phone that they have blown me off twice already and i need this fixed ASAP he said he was able to fit me in that day so before I agreed I wanted a specific time frame. Once he got there he gave me attitude like he was upset with me! And he just replaced a couple of pieces on the inside of my existing toilet and charged me 200$ which I felt was more than it should have been. After everything it was all around a very bad experience and will never use them EVER again. Show

It was fine. They did what we asked them to do, and they were very nice and professional. He also came out for us on a weekend which we appreciated. I would recommend them others. I give him thumbs up, and he was really good.

The service turned out great. He was really friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. He was very polite. He finished he job and did a good job.
