Patricio Enterprises, LLC

DO NOT HIRE and Do not believe the fake 5 stars reviews! Despite paying a total of $28,050, he abandoned the project on April 25, 2026, leaving my master bathroom remodel, walk-in closet, and fireplace tiling incomplete. Repeated attempts to get the job completed or obtain a refund were unsuccessful. There were also ongoing issues with job site management, including workers not being paid for their work, which contributed to delays and the project stopping entirely.

We used Patricio to update our office/pantry. They replaced the flooring, patched and painted walls, and installed cabinets. Communications were timely and clear. They completed the work as scheduled and cleaned up multiple times each day. The completed project met expectation. I would use them again without hesitation. They were a pleasure to work with.

Paulo renovated both our bathrooms. He gave us a lot of good ideas with different price ranges and we decided what we could afford. There was never any pressure and I love how both projects turned out. One bathroom included the laundry room and that looks great too! They were both done in a timely fashion. All the workers were nice, they took pride in their work and were respectful of our home.

Paulo remodeled both of our bathrooms. He was very knowledgeable and gave us several options and many ideas. He saw things that needed to be done that we didn’t even realize were wrong ex the floor in one bathroom was not level and the ceiling was uneven. He made us an appt at Floor and Decor and a designer helped us pick out the tiles for both projects. He did everything he said he was going to do and then some. All of his workers were very nice and they cleaned up everyday before leaving. We were always able to get in touch with him either by a call or text. Whenever we saw something that wasn’t to our liking it was fixed in a timely manner.

As a first-time home buyer, my experience has been mind-blowing. From quote to project finish Paolo made sure it was everything I asked for. It started as a one floor install and quickly turned to a 3 floor install. Paolo’s crew worked quickly and efficiently. With a little extra time they were able to rehab my carpet covered stairs. They recommended the white paint as well. It looks like floating stairs. Everything I didn’t know I wanted because I did not know it was an option. I’m glad I chose Patricio Enterprises. I also had a busted pipe leak to the basement. One call to Patricio Enterprises and 2 days later it was done and taken care of. Looks amazing!! Thank you guys for making my house a home and helping me in a lurch. I know who I’m calling for my next project!!
