In 2023, Pat came the next day to install a new bathroom fan/light a customer had picked out, explained everything and finished fairly quickly; when that customer had an issue with something else the next day, he swung by on his way home to make sure they were all set. In another 2023 job, Pat installed outlets in a laundry room, taking it from one outlet to three, at a price that customer called more than reasonable.
