That is the first question to ask, not the last. Behind the name is a small Merrimack Valley operation. The BBB lists it out of Dracut under the alternate name Patriot Gutters: a sole proprietorship started in June 2004, owned by Corey Kimborowicz, installing seamless aluminum and copper gutters, vinyl siding and replacement windows. Angi carries the same company as Patriot Gutters and Siding at a Lowell address, adding gutter cleaning, gutter covers, and window glass and screen work. It also turns up as a member of the North Andover Chamber of Commerce. The public history is thin rather than damning. Google sits at 4.2 stars across five ratings; Angi shows 4.0 from one review left back in 2010. Its BBB page carries an A+ grade, though the business is not BBB accredited — those are two different things, and only the second one involves agreeing to BBB standards. The written reviews, for their part, lean negative on balance, with a one-star Google rating about a gutter job pulling against the shorter positive ones. Five ratings spread over sixteen years is not much to judge by, and an A+ grade doesn't fill that gap. If you're calling them for gutters — the work nearly everything here points to — ask directly about the expired registration and what recourse you have without it, get the scope and any return-visit commitment in writing before work starts, and ask for a couple of recent local references you can actually call.

Not happy with my gutter installation. They put one of the down spouts facing a different direction than I requested, which was important to me because it was to redirect water away from an issue I was having. So I emailed them about it and they replied saying they will come back in a couple days to fix it...no show. Then I followed up with another email and they said sorry and they will swing by tomorrow..NO SHOW AGAIN. So they stopped caring about me after I paid them. That is BAD business. And on top of that they must have done a lazy install because the gutters make LOUD vibration noises every time it is slightly windy outside and it has woken me and my baby up from sleep multiple times. I wish I went with the company that gave me a higher price instead. Would not recommend!

Corey and his team are top notch. I needed my gutters replaced to redirect water in areas I was having issues with. Corey came out to discuss the issues I was having. He quickly provided me with an estimate. The estimate included the removal of the old gutters & the installation of the new ones. Corey had to get creative with the design of the system to alleviate water accumulation on my patio right next to my foundation. Less than a week later Tang & his co worker began the work and had everything completed in 1.5 days. The following day it rained (a lot) and was pleased to see the design and the work Corey & his team, did resolved my issues. I highly recommend PATRIOT EXTERIORS !! They are honest, priced fairly, family owned & operated !

Corey & his team at Patriot Exteriors did an amazing job installing brand new gutters on our new house! Everything is perfectly seamless, he took the time to make sure that the colors coordinated with the parts of the house they were overlapping, white around the edges and black over our charcoal colored roof shingles! You can barely even see them! He also took an extensive amount of time making sure that no water would potentially run back towards our home, which has been a problem for us in the past! We really appreciate that level of professionalism. Thank you so much Corey for a job well done!

Our gutters were in dire need of repair. Patriot Exterior to the rescue! End tails replacement and all gutters were cleaned and aligned. Great price, very professional, excellent communication, and done correctly! Great team at Patriot exterior!

Korey showed up and on time (I had hired another contractor and he was a no-show). He was polite, friendly and helpful. There is follow up work that needs to be done on the gutters and I definitely plan to call on Korey again.
