Patrol Cleaning Services

Patrol Cleaning Services is a family business — founders Lorena Horokoski and Cleverson Viecinski run it out of Peabody, and Thumbtack's own background-check credential for Lorena matches the name on the company's site, backing up the family-run story. The company says it's been at this eight years, cleaning homes, offices, Airbnbs and post-construction sites around Boston. The reviews back up the volume: 18 five-star reviews landed in the last six months alone, on top of a run stretching back to 2023 on Thumbtack, and every one of the 23 on file is five stars. What repeats across them is a personal touch rather than a generic scrub-and-go. One recent review describes the crew being especially attentive and kind toward the customer's elderly parents while cleaning around them. Another longtime customer, who describes herself as handicapped and says she's used Patrol for three years, detailed the relief of having her floors washed, countertops wiped, appliances cleaned, and the vacuuming and dusting handled for her. A third recent review, from a senior customer who needs deep cleaning, names a team member, Dana. There's nothing negative on record. Given the range on offer — recurring cleanings, deep cleans, post-construction cleanup, and Airbnb or move-in/move-out turnovers — it's worth being specific about which one you need when you reach out.
