A homeowner who found a small patch of mold in the basement wrote, in a December 2024 review, that PCI came out, tested the area, and explained how mold grows and when to be concerned. An August 2024 customer described the same kind of visit: a mold inspection, a few ways to fix the water issues behind it, and no push toward services they didn't need. PCI Pro Services runs out of Revere under Pacceli Braga, with Ronald Silva as vice president. Its site says the business began as a residential cleaning company and has been at this over 20 years, now covering mold, water and fire remediation, foundation waterproofing and sump pump installation. BBB, which accredits it and grades it A+, describes the commercial half of the business — offices, schools, restaurants, medical and dental practices, warehouses. Thumbtack is where the volume sits: 4.8 stars across 40 ratings, Top Pro every year from 2022 through 2025, and 72 jobs booked there. The reviews on that side run 2024 into late 2025 and stay on the same ground — a November 2025 customer had the basement waterproofed and gutter guard installed and said things were explained clearly, and a July 2024 customer got mold and water-damage remediation quickly at what they called a reasonable price. The Angi history is older and smaller: six ratings at 4.9, four of them written in November 2021. One covers $1,900 of testing for suspected black mold on a bathroom ceiling, with photos and videos sent as the work went. The biggest job anyone describes is from September 2022 — $17,000 to remove an old tub enclosure and install a shower enclosure, finished in a day by a single installer. The oldest, from November 2008, comes from a customer who said they had used the company for years. Square the experience claim before you call. The Angi, HomeAdvisor and Thumbtack profiles all say 25 years, the company's own site says over 20, and BBB lists the business as ten years old with a 2016 start date, so it is fair to ask what the longer number counts. BuildZoom lists Massachusetts home improvement contractor licence #214835 for the company. For a wet basement, a mold question you want a straight answer to, or water damage that needs someone out quickly, PCI fits — and its profiles list "Se habla español" if that matters in your house. Get the scope and the price in writing first: the jobs customers describe run from $1,900 of mold testing to a $17,000 bathroom conversion.

Pacceli and his crew did an excellent job with waterproofing our basement and installing gutter guard. He also explained things clearly. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.
Pacceli was excellent communicator from get go. Team did a fantastic job and paid attention to detail. Super happy with the work they did and will definitely hire PCI for any future construction projects.
I'm recommending them to everyone who needs their help. There aren't many businesses that care about people, and they really do care. I had some mold in my basement that was very small. They came and tested the area and educated me about mold growth and when to be concerned. He even cleaned the area for me and didn't charge me, because it was a very small area. People should support businesses like this, thank you again guys.

Responded quickly and they were able to come over to do mold/water damage remediation pretty quickly too. Price was reasonable and work quality was great. They seemed to really know what they were talking about and gave some suggestions for other steps to take to avoid future water damage. Only downside was that the cost for repairing the drywall afterwards was pretty high.
