They came and tested the area and educated me about mold growth and when to be concerned. He even cleaned the area for me and didn't charge me, because it was a very small area. Responded quickly and they were able to come over to do mold/water damage remediation pretty quickly too. Price was reasonable and work quality was great. They seemed to really know what they were talking about and gave some suggestions for other steps to take to avoid future water damage. Only downside was that the cost for repairing the drywall afterwards was pretty high.
