PDR General Contracting

We've worked with PDR on a couple of different projects, and each time they have been great. As an interior designer, it's important for us to find contractors to work with that do quality work while are also communicative. Jarrett and his team have been wonderful to work with, and our team will continue to use them!

PDR is a great general contractor! They have fantastic subcontractors that fixed my flooded basement from drywall to electrical to plumbing to flooring and painting. They also did a couple of extra jobs. I had been unsuccessful in getting a finish carpenter to complete my kitchen and they were fantastic in finishing that project! I will definitely contact them for any future projects I have!

PDR General Contractors are an excellent company, and you are lucky if they sign on to help repair or rebuild your house. After extensive fire damage at our house, PDR oversaw every aspect of rebuilding. Not only did they diligently work with our public adjuster to document the actual rebuilding costs, they also gamely got to work well before the long, drawn-out claim process with our insurance company was fully resolved. They brought in skilled professionals for the various phases of construction and finishing. When we wanted to make adjustments or add extras, Jarrett, the company owner, carefully explained the costs and options. Jarrett has an excellent sense of design and much architectural experience. His construction team, particularly Adam and Jeff, are very skilled and efficient. Communication was always easy with PDR—phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, wherever our messages went, they were promptly answered. The end result of PDR’s professional commitment, expertise, and hard work is a very fine house. We were, indeed, lucky to have had the people at PDR on our side.

We hired PDR GC to install new siding on our home. The crew was very professional, and the job came out great. It was clear to me that PDR was focused on delivering the best possible service. The entire experience from start to finish would be best described as "no pressure". The job wasn't finished until we walked through the job together to ensure the job met our expectations.
