I can't say enough about the quality of work done by Millen Construction and Remodeling!! Brian and his team are professional, hard working, timely, and honest. I had half of my basement finished by them last summer and they went above and beyond my expectations. I had some underlying water issues, and plumbing issues which we discovered after the project began, but Brian handled each situation with care, and it didn't slow him down whatsoever. He never disregarded our budget or our feelings on anything, and he took on each issue himself, always ready to go with an affordable solution, which made each problem feel stress free for my family and I. I look forward to working with this team on future home projects !!
We moved here a few years ago and bought a house, the first thing we wanted to do is complete the basement. We got several quotes and decided to go with Millen. He worked with us and the budget we had to use for this project. We did not have a big budget at the time but he was able to recommend things that we could add and items that we could do later to help control the cost. Our basement went from a cement slab laundry room storage area to a home office, entertainment, play room, spare bedroom and laundry area with his hard work. He was very professional and a delight to work with and we cannot wait to get him out here for our next project.
