- Straight termite advice — a 2025 customer said they explained checking for active termites
Pest Specialist LLC describes itself as an owner-operated structural pest control company working out of Nashua, New Hampshire, treating carpenter ants, termites, rodents and other pests for homes and businesses across southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts. The site says it is owned and operated by Tim Frazier, an exterminator with over 30 years of experience. Its BBB page gives an A+ grade and shows the business as accredited since 2014. A 2025 Google customer with termite damage said they went over the issue by talking it through and gave instructions for checking whether the infestation was active, instead of coming over to look and charge for something inactive. That customer said they appreciated the honesty.

Was great to talk to, went over my issue with termite damage and gave me instructions on checking if it's an active infestation, instead of coming over to look and charge for something that's inactive. I appreciate the honesty and not wanting to just waste my money on something I can do!
