Phil Gouzoule Const

Phil Gouzoule Const works out of 50 Evans Rd in Marblehead, run by Phillip Gouzoule, and its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration (#144872) is active on the state registry in his name. The jobs that carry his name on a permit run from 2009 to 2024 and range well past Marblehead — seven of them, in Marblehead, Peabody, Charlestown, Arlington, Nahant and Salem. The most recent is a $16,000 landing-and-stairs replacement in Marblehead, permitted in June 2024; the oldest is a roof-shingle replacement in Nahant in 2009. BuildZoom lists the business under remodeling and additions and scores it 92, which puts it in the top 32% of the Massachusetts contractors it tracks; the same page carries a second home improvement contractor number, #108694, for the company. This is a fit for a North Shore homeowner planning an addition or structural exterior work who wants someone who has been pulling permits in these towns for fifteen years. Ask to see addresses and photos from a couple of recent jobs, check both registration numbers against the state register, and get the insurance certificate and a written scope before anything starts.
