I first met Julian in 2018 when he replaced the hot water heater in my home and he did such a fabulous job that I have reached out for many scheduled - and unscheduled - projects. I recently completed a kitchen and flooring renovation where Julian was originally arranged to only install my new appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range (including updating the gas line that I had capped nearly 20 years ago), disposal and kitchen faucet. Of course, plans don't always go smoothly and unanticipated leaks by other contractors during the reno resulted in two different emergency visits after very panicked calls from me. Julian's quality of work including replacing many older lines, patience in guiding me to triage until he could get to my house, and calm demeanor in explaining the unanticipated challenges that popped up (or he discovered along the way) was amazing. Julian works quickly and efficiently, and he is extremely honest and fair. Thank you, Julian, for your responsiveness and understanding – and for still picking up the phone when I reach out!
Unsolicited review here. Pipe Doctor has been fantastic to work with. Bought a house in Simsbury and it has a lot of unique things that need to be fixed. Julian has been educating me, helping me figure out a longer-term solution and he has been immensely flexible in figuring the order and timing of the work. A true pleasure to work with and I'm thankful we found them.

Did an amazing job and is 💯 professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. And, after he left, in addition to the leaky pipe fixed, we noticed that decades of noisy basement pipes had been silenced. What?! Yup. Thorough.
