What stands in for homeowner reviews here is industry recognition. Concrete-repair trade publications name the firm as the repair contractor on Boston high-rise restoration work, an industry award listing includes it, and the Boston Preservation Alliance's preservation achievement awards page lists it among the named participants. A coatings supplier's project write-up describes it as a specialty applicator of waterproof coatings, and its name turns up in Massachusetts municipal bid filings. Two things are worth knowing before you call. The first is the shape of the work: its Procore listing places it in the commercial, industrial and institutional sectors, alongside membrane roofing and thermal insulation — garages, façades and campus buildings rather than a wet basement in a single-family house. The second is that a 2024 legal-industry article describes a court case arising from that work, in which an employee was injured while performing waterproofing on a college residence hall; the case itself was fought between the general contractor and an insurer over who owed a defense. If you own or manage a building with a leaking garage deck, failing sealant joints or spalling masonry, this is the kind of firm that does exactly that. No client has written publicly about hiring them, so ask for references on a job like yours, and confirm the WBE certification and current licensing directly rather than relying on a listing.
