“Planet Hardwood. Great selection and pricing, they can also recommend installers.”
Arguably the worst costumer service I’ve experienced from material supplier. I’ve been a contractor for 6+ years and congeniality is very important to me. I like to create relationships with all the stores around me, and the past few experiences have been below satisfactory. There are better cash and carry flooring stores out there with incredible customer service. Please spare yourself the unpleasant experience.
Great hardwood selection! Excellent customer service as well, which is good for fickle customers like me! Very knowledgeable and helpful about the many choices in their showroom. Many great choices of lumber types as well. They have lots more in their showroom than what is viewable on their website. Check them out, it's worth it for sure.
John was very kind and knowledgeable about products and applications for different project scenarios!
Mike and Brad did an amazing job. Always arrived when he said & completed the project as promised. I was worried about the amount of dust having unfinished hardwood floors installed due to the need to sand & stain the floors in place. But I was very surprised that the equipment & the process had minimal dust. The new flooring met up with our existing hardwood floors & they matched them perfectly. I’m one to get multiple quotes for home projects & Mike was far less expensive than the other quotes. I highly recommend them for your hardwood flooring project.
