Platinum Exteriors NE through Lowes was the right investment to replace my Roof shingles and skylights. I dealt with Frank and it was a very smooth process from start to finish. Even when we had a small issue during the sales process, Frank and Mark were outstanding in providing me the right assistance. Highly recommended.

I used platinum for my garage siding and roof. The price was very fair. They originally quoted me a month out but ended up coming earlier. They worked really fast and did an awesome job. They cleanup up after themselves as well. I am so happy with the outcome. I highly recommend them for siding and roof work.

I went through Lowe’s at the beginning of spring to have gutters installed. They sent a gentleman named Steve out who took measurements and discussed the products with me. After signing a contract with him, he said that the installer would be in touch soon. So I waited. Then I waited a bit longer. Then I reached out and contacted the man who came to my house and asked for an update. He said he’d get in touch with the installer, Mark from Platinum, and they’d reach out to me to schedule installation. I waited. A couple weeks went by. I contacted Steve again and he said he would contact them again. Still nothing. I contacted the Lowe’s installation line. They left Mark messages, escalated my case, escalated my case again, and still no calls. I contacted Steve three more times over the next month, and while Steve was responsive and apologetic, I still received no updates whatsoever. I also left a voicemail directly for Mark with no response. Fast forward another week, I went to the Lowes store. They tried to contact this company, then they contacted Steve. They advised me I’d be getting a call by the end of the day. Four days after that, with nobody calling me back yet again, and over two months wasted, I went back into the store and cancelled my order. This company is extremely unprofessional, impossible to get in contact with, and I would give zero stars if I could. Months wasted and now I have to do the entire process over again with another company.

The owner mark was on the job his rep Frank was on the phone checking with me making sure I was satisfied with the work being done. Extra work had to be done because it wasnâ t done right 30 years ago at no charge. Would recommend to everyone

Roof needed to be replaced, Platinum did a great job. No pressure, just top quality products and warranty. Definitely recommend them.
