Ben was very professional and took extra time to walk through various options until he had a solution that worked for my budget without cutting corners. The job was done quickly and I couldn't be happier. The next time I need a plumber or hear of anyone needing a plumber Ben will be the choice.

Highly recommended Ben for any plumbing needs. I called him on a Sunday, he answered my call and quickly came to my home and fixed my leaking toilet. I appreciate that he took the time out of his busy day to fix my toilet. Will be calling him back for future needs and recommending him to my friends.

Recently purchased first home and feel lucky to have had Ben be referred to us. He’s had to come over a few times these past few months and has been extremely helpful and polite. He’ll tell you what he thinks the problem is, what he plans to do, and what he’s done when he’s finished, all in laymen’s terms that’ll you’ll understand. When I mistakenly turned a valve that caused a leak I couldn’t stop, I texted him and he walked me through steps to try and address it. He ultimately suggested we FaceTime where he further diagnosed the problem and got me to a temporary fix until he could schedule a time to come over. He was waiting for a flight and when we FaceTimed he was actively boarding the plane which I thought was awesome. 10/10 and highly recommend.

I called Ben for a drainage issue, and he was able to come out the same day, which I appreciated. During the visit, he checked the cleanouts and plunged every drain in my house and garage. He did not run a sewer snake or inspect the plumbing vent, yet after about 30 minutes he told me everything looked okay and charged $150. The very next day I messaged him because the problem had not improved. My toilet was still gurgling to the point that water would burp back up and splash onto the floor. He told me it was probably a venting issue, despite never inspecting the vent during his visit (I have video footage of the inspection). Since the issue persisted, I contacted the town the following week to inspect the sewer connection. They found a significant blockage at the connection between my sewer line and the town’s main (photo attached). I’m glad I sought a second opinion, because the actual problem was never identified during the initial visit. I also never received any follow-up after reporting that the issue remained unresolved. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this plumber for diagnosing sewer or drainage problems.
