The pattern across years of reviews is remarkably consistent: Melanie handles the front end — answering calls within the hour, walking customers through pricing and scope so there are "no surprises" on install day — while Al and the crew do the physical work, whether that's a full new installation or repairing storm and ice damage to an existing pool. A 2025 review described the pair "saving" a pool that had been deteriorating for years, metalworking rusted areas and compacting sand before setting a new liner; a 2026 review described a 2-hour liner swap with a new skimmer and return fitting after another company had ignored the customer's calls; and a 2020 review, from a customer who'd used them five years earlier for the original install, described Al returning to fix a wall after a tree fell on the pool and putting in a new liner. One 2025 review is candid that they're "not the cheapest," but says the confidence and the result were worth it.
