A February 2026 customer with an old steam heat system said Jeff knew how to repair it after another plumber failed, and followed up after the repair. In a December 2025 review, Jeff and Harrison replaced hard-to-find corroded parts on two very old heating units. A February 2025 condo resident's account — three new heating and air units in a mid-century building with quirks of design — said the job was not easy and came in at a reasonable price. A March 2025 review describes a gas boiler replacement in Brookline. Water heaters are the other common call. In an August 2026 review, a customer's heater failed on a Sunday; the call was returned Monday, the heater was assessed that day, a proposal came that evening and the installation was finished Tuesday.
