Stay on top of the scheduling of your project. When you sign the contract the estimated completion dates are included. They were two weeks behind on even starting our project but would not be doing it just two weeks behind schedule if we did not contact them to say it needed to be done within the next two weeks. Project was FOUR WEEKS behind schedule.
They told us it would take 2 weeks, and I was trying to visit my wife in Florida, but had to cancel my hotel, and flight because they were not showing up on the days they were supposed to. I paid 30,000 for this work and it is still unfinished. When you call they never answer, and I have yet to receive an apology. Every time they give me timeline it gets longer and longer.
They are very good but very expensive. All the work was performed by dedicated professional subcontractors. They started on time, worked without interrupting and finished in half the allocated time.
I had a small job but they were very efficient, reasonably priced and clean.
