Presidential HVAC

When the heat or AC dies in Boston and other companies can't come, several customers of Presidential HVAC say Adi did. The Boston heating and cooling company holds 4.9 stars from 212 Google ratings and an A+ from BBB. In January 2026, three customers described heat going out during a snowstorm and negative temperatures; one said they called five companies after their system broke at 7 p.m., and Paul arrived by 8 with the heat back on by 9. A September 2025 customer whose AC broke on moving day with the condo at 85 degrees said other places couldn't send anyone and Adi was there within 20 minutes. In November 2025, a customer said Presidential fixed a 20-year-old boiler two other companies couldn't, and in August 2025 a customer said Adi retrofitted a new system onto a very old, complicated central AC. In May 2026, one customer had a mini-split and a hydro-air system installed, and another a new mini-split. A July 2025 customer said the pricing was the most reasonable they had seen in Boston. In a September 2024 review, a Back Bay condo customer said the owner kept resending insurance certificates the condo association had already rejected before admitting he lacked the coverage it required, and that another contractor later said the proposed dual-zone mini-split would not pass inspection on the unit's 50-amp panel.
