Prime Construction did amazing work in our yard preparing it for a patio. They also installed a French drain. They are easy to work with and very thorough. Highly recommend!

They are well priced, and stick to a strict timeline to complete the project. They communicated well during the entire process when changes needed to be made. I would recommend Prime Construction to others looking for work. There is no question in the future I will hire Prime to do additional work as projects come up. We had a complicated situation with the stormwater drainage system at our mid-sized condo that other contractors had been unable to resolve. From our first consult with Nick and Mike, they listened carefully and patiently, made recommendations about how best to proceed (and what not to waste time/money on), and gave us a detailed and reasonable proposal. After that they dug in, both literally and figuratively, and figured it out. Showed up every day when they said they would and were meticulous about every aspect of the work, from planning to cleanup. As a condo we meet and hire a lot of contractors, and rarely do we see their level of professionalism, expertise, and dedication to solve the problem and not only go through the motions. And they’re just great guys to work with. I’d hire them again in a minute, and would highly recommend them. I think they’ll treat your project as if it were their own home.
We hired Prime Construction to update our outdoor space, including placing new stepping stones, redoing the pavers, and rebuilding the stairs leading to our pool area. Nick and Mike were professional, punctual, and paid great attention to detail throughout the project. The stepping stones were placed evenly and with care, blending perfectly into the landscape. The pavers now look clean, level, and well-aligned, greatly improving the look and safety of the area. The rebuilt stairs are sturdy and beautifully finished, making the walk to the pool much more enjoyable. We’re very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them for any outdoor construction work! Thank you Prime Construction!
