Prime Construction did amazing work in our yard preparing it for a patio. They also installed a French drain. They are easy to work with and very thorough. Highly recommend!

We had a complicated situation with the stormwater drainage system at our mid-sized condo that other contractors had been unable to resolve. From our first consult with Nick and Mike, they listened carefully and patiently, made recommendations about how best to proceed (and what not to waste time/money on), and gave us a detailed and reasonable proposal. After that they dug in, both literally and figuratively, and figured it out. Showed up every day when they said they would and were meticulous about every aspect of the work, from planning to cleanup. As a condo we meet and hire a lot of contractors, and rarely do we see their level of professionalism, expertise, and dedication to solve the problem and not only go through the motions. And they're just great guys to work with. I'd hire them again in a minute, and would highly recommend them. I think they'll treat your project as if it were their own home.

Prime Construction Company took what was a stressful situation and made it easy for our family. After road salting ruined our well, we turned to Prime to get us connected to the city's water. They handled all permitting and contracted-out support when needed for tree services and plumbing. We were on city water on schedule, despite some unexpected boulders blocking the way. Now, the yard is on its way to looking better than ever as the grass they planted is sprouting. The team took considerable time addressing our questions and concerns and was incredibly kind to our young, excited children. We highly recommend their services!
