Changed the price from $100 to $130 for service call. Confirmed the appointment time with them, and they did not come. No call no show. Poor communication. Would not recommend.
Prime HVAC was responsive and methodical in troubleshooting. He was able to identify and resolve issue on very short time at a reasonable price. It is hard to find such individuals who provide quality service at reasonable price which is a big plus for me.
Got to me for something pretty urgent really quickly and seemed knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Would recommend to others.
