Prime Kustoms

Stevens was excellent from the start. We hired him to create and install exterior metal handrails for our front steps and deck, and the results were precisely what we were hoping for based on what we discussed in our initial meetings. We wanted a sleek black horizontal rail design, and Stevens executed it perfectly, giving the entryway a clean, modern look that fits our home's style. Our house is a split-level ranch with two bump-outs, so the stairway and landing required careful navigation to make sure everything was both safe and visually seamless. Rather than just describing his plan, Stevens gave us a mock-up so we could actually see what the finished handrails would look like before any work began. That extra step made a real difference in our confidence going into the project. Throughout the process, Stevens was reliable and accurate with his timeline and expectations. He never overpromised or told us what we wanted to hear just to get the job. Any time I called with questions, he answered promptly, treated me with respect, and never once left me waiting on a return call. The craftsmanship, communication, and overall experience were outstanding. I'd highly recommend Prime Kustoms and Stevens to anyone looking for quality custom metalwork.

Steven (the owner) was incredibly professional. Communication was great. Definitely doing business in the future. 100% recommend.

Steve the owner does incredible work. He came buy and installed a steel curtain, railings and an awning at my laundromat. Very reliable and professional. Will be doing more work in the future.
