Valley View Gutter Cleaning LLC

Thirteen Google ratings averaging five stars, and the job is in the name: Valley View Gutter Cleaning works out of Lawrence clearing gutters and downspouts, with seamless metal and galvanized gutter repair listed alongside the cleaning on its HomeAdvisor page. The accounts with real detail all come from July 2026. One customer's gutters-and-downspouts cleaning ran $225; they wrote that the crew explained what they would do, worked efficiently, showed videos of other work the house needed, and would get the call again for moss growth on the roof. Another July job at $180 drew a note about communication — timely, pleasant. A homeowner writing in Spanish that month said the downspouts had all been clogged and the house was left like new, a 10 out of 10. Four of the fourteen reviews are written in Spanish, which matches the "Se habla español" on both the Angi and HomeAdvisor profiles. Free estimates, credit cards, hours given as all day, seven days. Two things to settle before booking. The HomeAdvisor profile says plainly that the company offers no warranties and no emergency service, so ask what happens if a cleaning does not hold. And the two profiles give different tenure: HomeAdvisor states seven years of experience, Angi says five-plus. For a straightforward gutter and downspout cleaning on a Lawrence-area house — especially if Spanish is the language you would rather book in — this is a reasonable call. Pin the price down before the truck arrives; the two jobs customers named came in at $180 and $225.
