Pro Fix

Pro Fix is Collin's owner-operated handyman and remodeling business in North Andover, working Andover, Haverhill and North Andover for homeowners and light-commercial clients. What stands out in the customer accounts is how long people keep using him: one customer describes nine years of work personal and professional, another has hired him since 2020, and a 2024 review lists countless projects — repairs, renovations, clean-ups, plumbing problems and major infrastructure work. The range runs from the small to the substantial. A recent customer had door locks fixed and had previously used him for grab bars, painting and light fixtures; another says he remodelled every room of the house including kitchen and bathroom, with every detail right. In 2024 reviews landlords describe him maintaining rental units in Haverhill and being called out when a basement sump pump failed and flooded the basement. Communication is the most repeated praise — clear scheduling, being kept informed, quick responses to an initial inquiry and a fast visit to quote. Several customers mention fair pricing, one adding that he does not nickel and dime; a 2025 review from a realtor says she refers him to all her clients. On credentials, the company states on its own site that it is an ACHP Certified Handyman, a Micro Certified Mold Remediator, OSHA certified and a NARI Certified Kitchen & Bath Remodeler, and says it has served homeowners since 2015. One customer also states the business is licensed, insured and BBB A+ — worth confirming with the paperwork rather than taking from a review.
