Pro-Tec Exterminating LLC is a Boston-based pest control company run by David L. Bowden, handling termites, cockroaches, ants, bed bugs and rodents for residential and commercial customers across Massachusetts with child- and pet-safe products, per its own site. Both reviews on file are five stars. In one, from December 2025, a customer described the company as honest, saying they didn't try to upcharge and just addressed the problem directly. In another, from earlier in 2025, a nonprofit customer said David has been "readily available same-day or within the next few days" over about two years of service and had "truly controlled" a mouse and roach problem. A couple of things are worth clarifying before booking: the website claims "BBB Accredited Business" status, but BBB's own profile for the company explicitly says it is NOT accredited (while still grading it A+). The site also says 35 years in business, though BBB records the LLC's incorporation as January 2016 — about 10 years, not 35.
