Service! The technician Jayden Fitzgerald from Prodigy HVAC Service and Repair came out today to perform a deep clean on my mini split system. He was professional, took the time to protect my floors and walls from any overspray, and thoroughly cleared out all the dust and buildup. He also took a few minutes to explain what they were doing and gave me tips on maintaining the filters. Great experience from start to finish! Highly Recommend!!!
Jayden did a great job
I hired Prodigy HVAC Services for an HVAC-related project, specifically replacing my old burner and had a very disappointing experience. After taking the initial payment (approximately 70% of the total project cost), the work never even started. Despite multiple follow-ups via text and phone, I received little to no response. I formally sent a written demand letter via certified mail (with return receipt) to all listed business addresses, clearly outlining the issues and providing an opportunity to resolve the matter. The letter was delivered and signed for, but there has been no response or effort to resolve the situation. At this point, I have had to pursue formal complaint channels to recover my deposit payment. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution, ensure everything is thoroughly documented, and avoid upfront payments without clear protections.
