Their website claims: “we can inspect your home within 24 hours of your call”. This is just not true. I submitted a request online and got an automated email saying someone will reach out. No one did. I emailed as a follow up. Someone did reach out, apologizing for the delay in response and asked to schedule time to speak more about our problem. I provided more info, and times to follow up but didn’t get a response. I Followed up a few days later once again, no response. Figured maybe email isn’t their best way to contact them. So I called - no response. Three weeks: no follow ups, no quote, no response.
Jon responded very quickly to my request for an inspection. He provided valuable prevention and maintenance information. Responsive, courteous and professional. Excellent service provider.
