Professional Building Solutions

Professional Building Solutions says on its website that it has been in business for 10 years, and its site pitches home additions: sun-rooms, family rooms, two-story additions and bathroom additions. The service area it lists includes southern Maine towns such as Baldwin, Bridgton, Brunswick, Cape Elizabeth, Cumberland, Falmouth, Freeport, Gorham, Gray and Harpswell. In a September 2026 Google review, a customer wrote that Shawn and his team built them a multi-tiered deck with a partial roof, a project the reviewer called fairly large. The reviewer said Shawn and his team were transparent and professional throughout, that Shawn was focused on even the smallest details and explained the project, timeline and cost, and that he was available for their questions. They said they are outside enjoying the deck every day and want the team back for their next project. In a March 2026 Google review, a customer wrote that they were very professional and quick and praised the quality of their work. Maine does not license general contractors statewide.
