The company says it has been in business 25 years, and its Houzz profile describes design and water features, pool restorations, liner repairs and salt systems. A recent customer said they took care of a pool in Southington and the filter has never worked so well. A recent customer struggling with cloudy water said the staff analyzed it, explained what was going on and walked them through the fix until the pool was clear. A recent customer who called them to fix another pool company's mess said they came fast and the filter is like brand new. A 2025 customer described a new liner in a pool Prospect Pools had originally installed, with a stair replacement added at their request, and called the pricing quite fair. That 2025 customer also said that when their pump seized on Memorial Day weekend, the company installed a new one that Tuesday, and replaced it at no cost the next day when it failed. A 2023 customer said Chris coordinated the electricians, fence company, masonry company and town hall permits for their new inground pool. A 2022 customer said Chris and Anna built and installed their in-ground pool and had opened and closed it yearly for the last 15 years.
