Tim was very professional with the details from start to finish with the liner replacement on my mountain side pool. Tim took the time to get the perfect fit using a top of the line measuring device. My pool liner was installed and looks absolutely beautiful. Tim and his team were very polite and cleaned up and left me feeling confident that my pool was now ready for another 18 years of swimming. Tim also installed a beautiful safety cover for added protection. Definitely happy to have found a pool company with experience and knowledge.
After they Pressure tested all 3 lines, I needed to have all 3 lines on my inground pool replaced due to age (42 years old), and leaking. They had to cut deck, dig trenches. Replace all lines and plumbing to my pool pump. All work was Completed in 2 days, except for concrete work to fill deck trenching, which we agreed that I would do. Great crew, great price, and Senior discount too! They aldo do pool closings and openings. I would definitely use them again for future work.
I just had them over for the first time to help me get a filter running on the pool at the house I just moved into in January. It's my first time owning a pool. They sent over three young men to get me started. They were really respectful and helpful. Great experience so far. I can see why the company has a near five-star rating on Google.
Tim ,pool doctor did a great job fixing my cartridge filter fitting and putting a heat pump bypass valve on my inground pool. I would recommend pool doctor without hesitation for any pool work. pool doctors knowledge of the plumbing systems required for a pool was very impressive and the quality of work was excellent.
originally i gave this guy 4 stars..he replaced the liner in my pool in august 2022....months late.... during installation the new liner split he ordered another one put it in a couple weeks later...so summer of 2022 we used our pool for about 2-3 weeks before closing....closed the pool normally september 2025 and sometime in the middle of winter the liner split again so we paid for a liner we were able to used it 2 seasons and 3 weeks...now he doesnt answer emails return calls ...nothing...does not stand by his work
