PT Floor Covering Inc.

They are great to work with from Paul in the showroom to Tim and Ray doing the install! Everything came out great and would highly recommend them.

I had PT Flooring install laminate flooring in my entire condo, including bedrooms but not bathrooms. I am a disabled 68 yr old woman & this was a big project for me that I’d wanted to do since moving into a condo w/ very ugly carpeting & vinyl, brand new; but ugly. The new floors are gorgeous. My home looks so much bigger & cleaner w/o the carpeting. Paul & Marsha were wonderful to deal with & allowed me to take about 30” samples home to compare, even ones that were permanently attached w/ 2 other samples to a backing. They weren’t the cheapest; but, they didn’t keep adding on extra charges & never once said they couldn’t move my tvs which other companies did. I didn’t have to hire a plumber to disconnect my gas stove & fridge waterline. I relied on Paul’s expertise when making my final decision & he was absolutely right. Tim & Raymond were the installers & they were amazing. Tim actually repaired the foot on a bureau for me before starting the floors. They were on time, polite, helpful, & friendly. They removed the baseboards, installed the flooring, & reinstalled the baseboards so no quarter rounds were needed except around the kitchen cabinets. You can’t tell the baseboards were ever taken off. There was no damage. When I had to shift items from a bedroom they were about to work in to the bedroom they’d finished; they didn’t rush me & even helped w/o being asked. I have to finish the stairs because the builder had just put carpet over them. I didn’t want the laminate on them. Tim advised me on what I’d need to do & buy, such as stainable wood fill as opposed to not stainable. I didn’t know they made wood fill you couldn’t stain. Those guys were incredible at their jobs. I give PT Flooring 5 out of 5 stars. I even told them they could use me as a reference. You won’t be disappointed if you go with PT Flooring.

Recently had two rooms of vinyl plank floor and a bedroom carpet installed with PT Floor Covering. We are very pleased with the final results. Was very impressed with the professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail of Tim and Raymond. Paul was very informative and everything went as he initially explained with estimate. Would highly recommend them to anyone for new flooring, you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve used PT Flooring in the past and I am completely satisfied with the quality of their materials and with their complete installation. They are professional and courteous. I highly recommend them. Bill Schneck. Woonsocket, RI.
